Tracy, a therapist, social worker, and introvert, has been providing counselling to people for many years. In recent years, she has focused her practice on helping introverted men and women.
At around the age of 40, she realized she was an introvert. She came to the realization that this is why she struggled to fit in, why it was hard to be in a group of people, and why it was difficult to have any attention put on her. Although this information was helpful, it didn't help her stop feeling bad about being quiet.
This led her to investigate further as to why so many introverts struggle with deep loneliness, and lacking meaningful connection. Now she is able to pass this information on to other introverts and help them become confident introverts.
